Qualifications

At least 10 years’ experience in underwriting, broking, multinational servicing or a related insurance leadership role.
Knowledge of multinational programmes, captive solutions, fronting structures and broking environments.
Ability to lead and influence team members and drive customer service culture.

Responsibilities

Drive growth of multinational and captive portfolios through client and broker engagement.
Lead or support client meetings, stewardship sessions and new business pitches.
Promote Chubb’s multinational programme and captive fronting capabilities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with underwriters and sales teams.
Ensure programmes meet service standards and corporate guidelines.
Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
