Job summary

MORGAN LEWIS STAMFORD LLC in Singapore seeks a Coordinator, Business Development to support Asia practice groups, industry teams and strategic initiatives by planning, coordinating, and advancing BD strategies with lawyers and teams.

You will draft pitches, RFPs, coordinate client events, maintain collateral, monitor budgets, support ranking submissions, and help cross-border BD activities across Asia offices, while ensuring high-quality communications and materials.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and database applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide Business Development support to Practice Groups, Industry Teams, and Strategic Initiatives.
• Draft and coordinate pitches, RFP responses, and presentations.
• Plan and execute client events with the events team.
• Maintain and update key collaterals and materials including deals lists and capability statements.
• Monitor budgets and coordinate budget requests.
• Support the Directories team to draft and finalise ranking submissions.
• Support cross border business development activities in other Asia offices when required.
• Draft and edit correspondence, PowerPoint presentations and visual resources, and other documents, collaborating with colleagues across departments to format, edit, proofread, print, and compile deliverables to firm standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications on PR and marketing related requests.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and calls.
• Conduct research using firm intranet and external platforms and create reports in support of business development activities.
• Assist in data collection and basic analysis.
• Support multiple business development projects and tasks at any given time, exhibiting flexibility and commitment as priorities change.
• Coordinate responses to ad hoc assignments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish multiple assignments and deliverables on an ongoing basis under very tight deadlines.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
