Job summary

YAGEO CORPORATION (SOUTH ASIA) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned distributor sales professional to champion Asia-based distributor relationships and drive growth. The role focuses on meeting PoA, Opex and AR targets, and maintaining PoA/PoS/Inventory balance while ensuring stock rotation and price protection.

You will forecast demand and coordinate with PMs on promotion plans for NPA and core products, and you will initiate distributor incentive programs to maximize sales impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in distribution or good knowledge of electronics industry and customers.
• Business acumen and ability to align with product promotions.

Responsibilities

• Champion assigned distributors in Asia and drive sales growth.
• Achieve PoA, Opex and AR targets and ensure balance of PoA/PoS/Inventory.
• Oversee stock rotation, price protection, and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with PMs on product promotion strategies, including NPA and focus products.
• Follow up and initiate incentive programs to motivate distributors.
