Fashion Group, based in Singapore, seeks a Digital Workplace Operations Manager to oversee end-user services across Asia. You will ensure reliable, consistent workspace operations, collaborate with central teams and external providers, and drive service continuity in a fast-paced regional environment.

You will manage Workspace ONE, Microsoft 365, ABM and Zoom Rooms, handle device lifecycle, patching, packaging, and contribute to the One Workplace transition while aligning with global standards.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in information technology or a related field.
• Experience in digital workplace operations, endpoint management, and end-user support.
• Knowledge of Workspace ONE, Microsoft 365, ABM and Zoom Rooms.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Aufgaben

• Run Workspace ONE operations: enrollment, packages, compliance.
• Manage device on/offboarding and lifecycle across Asia.
• Operate Zoom Rooms and the Asia Apple Business Manager (ABM).
• Perform application patching and packaging in line with the central core model.
• Evolve the environment in step with the One Workplace transition.
• Ensure the delivery of central workplace services is aligned with standards across Asia.
• Contribute to central Fashion Group operations for regional hubs on a follow-the-sun basis.
