Fashion Group, based in Singapore, seeks a Digital Workplace Operations Manager to oversee end-user services across Asia. You will ensure reliable, consistent workspace operations, collaborate with central teams and external providers, and drive service continuity in a fast-paced regional environment.

You will manage Workspace ONE, Microsoft 365, ABM and Zoom Rooms, handle device lifecycle, patching, packaging, and contribute to the One Workplace transition while aligning with global standards.

Formación

• Degree in information technology or a related field.

Position

The Digital Workplace Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing digital workplace operations across the Asia region, ensuring reliable, efficient, and consistent end-user services to support business operations.

Based in Singapore, this role applies the Division’s central core model across Asia and supports the operational run of workplace services in the region, working closely with central teams, regional stakeholders, and external providers to ensure service continuity, compliance, and a consistent user experience.

Job responsibilities

• Run Workspace ONE operations: enrollment, packages, compliance
• Manage device on/offboarding, lifecycle across the Asia scope
• Operate Zoom rooms and the Asia Apple Business Manager (ABM)
• Perform application patching and packaging in line with the central core model
• Evolve the environment in step with the One Workplace transition
• Ensure the delivery of central workplace services is interfaced and optimized across Asia in line with core model and standards
• Beyond the Asia scope, and subject to available capacity, contributes to the central Fashion Group operations — supporting the delivery of services to the regional hubs (EMEA, AMER) as part of a follow-the-sun model

Profile

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Solid experience in digital workplace operations, endpoint management, and end-user support, ideally across a regional or multi-country Asia scope.
• Strong knowledge of Workspace ONE, Microsoft 365, device lifecycle management, and Apple Business Manager.
• Good understanding of application patching, packaging, Zoom Rooms, and workplace service operations within a centrally defined model.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to operate effectively across regional teams, central teams, and external providers.
• Self-directed, dependable, and comfortable operating in a multicultural, matrixed, and fast-paced regional environment.
