GLAS is seeking a confident, flexible leader based in Asia (Hong Kong or Singapore) to head the Client Services (Loan Agency Operations) Complex Transactions Team. The role reports to the Head of Loan Operations (Asia) and drives service excellence across complex loan transactions managed from GLAS’ Asia offices.

Senior leadership experience in Loan Agency Operations/Client Services or related senior roles.

Responsibilities

Lead the Client Services (Loan Agency Operations) Complex Transactions Team for the Asia business.
Set high service standards and ensure timely, accurate delivery in line with contracts and regulations.
Act as senior escalation point for complex client issues and maintain clear client communications.
Collaborate with Head of Loan Operations (Asia) to align with regional priorities and onboarding of new business.
Lead change initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements to improve client experience.
