Excellent stakeholder management and communication across markets and functions.

Responsibilities

Establish, maintain, and refine regional Claims KPIs aligned with market requirements.
Conduct performance analytics to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
Support governance forums, audits, and regional coordination activities.
Oversee dashboard management and business insights for claims performance.
Support automation and STP initiatives and provide adjudication assistance.
