Manulife is seeking an Asia Claims Performance & Governance Director to drive operational excellence across Asia Claims. The role partners with market Claims teams, regional operations, risk & governance, and health leadership to set performance standards, deliver insights, and strengthen governance.

You will lead KPI development, analytics, governance coordination, and executive reporting, enabling data-driven decisions across multiple markets while reporting to regional leadership in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance claims operations, operational performance management, governance, or business analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Experience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across markets and functions.
• Experience in a regional or multinational environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Establish, refine, and monitor regional claims KPIs aligned with market requirements.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Performance to harmonize KPI definitions and data quality.
• Conduct performance analytics to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop insights to improve operational effectiveness, customer outcomes, and claims efficiency.
• Coordinate governance activities and support regional audits and reporting.
• Support dashboard development, reporting packs, and executive communications.
