Job summary

Manulife's Asia Claims Performance & Governance Director will lead regional performance analytics and governance for claims operations across Asia. You will partner with market Claims teams and Regional Operations to set standards, deliver insights, and strengthen governance frameworks while supporting strategic claims initiatives.

Responsibilities include establishing KPIs, driving data quality, developing actionable insights, and delivering executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance claims operations and governance.
• Strong analytics skills to interpret data and drive insights.
• Experience producing executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Ability to coordinate across markets in a regional or multinational setting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine regional claims KPIs aligned with markets.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align KPI definitions and data quality.
• Perform performance analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop insights to improve claims efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Lead dashboard management and executive reporting for claims performance.
• Coordinate governance activities and prepare meeting materials.
• Support sharing of knowledge via governance controls and SharePoint.
• Provide backup for regional claims team.
