Job summary

Molex is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Hub Operations ASEAN to lead regional hub operations across warehouse, logistics, and distribution, driving operational excellence and value for customers and the business.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Quality, IT, and logistics providers to deliver reliable supply chain solutions for ASEAN, with focus on automation, data-driven decisions, and supplier collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations.
• Experience managing 3PL providers and cross-functional activities.
• Strong leadership in teams or matrix organizations.
• Analytical, operational, and financial acumen with KPI experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ASEAN Supply Chain Hub Operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and operational excellence.
• Drive performance, governance, and continuous improvement of 3PL partners through KPI management and partnerships.
• Optimize distribution networks, warehouse utilization, capacity planning, and processes to improve service and cost competitiveness.
• Manage logistics, warehousing, and freight costs while implementing productivity improvements.
• Develop and execute freight and logistics strategies to enhance delivery performance and visibility.
• Champion digital transformation through automation, analytics, SAP capabilities, and data-driven decisions.
