Job summary

Molex Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Hub Operations ASEAN to lead and optimize regional hub operations, driving efficiency in warehousing, logistics and distribution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value, improve service levels, and support business growth across ASEAN.

You will champion digital transformation, KPI governance, RFQ/RFP activities, and supplier management while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Your Job

Molex is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Hub Operations ASEAN to lead and optimize our regional supply chain hub operations. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across warehouse, logistics, and distribution activities while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, cost competitiveness, and service reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external logistics partners to create long-term value and support business growth across the ASEAN region.

Our Team

You will be part of the Global Supply Chain organization, supporting warehouse and hub operations across ASEAN. The team partners closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Quality, IT, Regional Supply Chain teams, logistics providers, and customers to deliver efficient and reliable supply chain solutions.

What You Will Do

• Lead ASEAN Supply Chain Hub Operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and operational excellence while delivering value to customers and the business.

• Drive the performance, governance, and continuous improvement of third-party logistics (3PL) partners through KPI management, business reviews, and strategic partnerships.

• Optimize distribution networks, warehouse utilization, capacity planning, and supply chain processes to improve service levels, scalability, and cost competitiveness.

• Manage logistics, warehousing, and freight-related costs while implementing productivity improvements and value-creation initiatives across operations.

• Develop and execute freight and logistics strategies that enhance delivery performance, supply chain visibility, service reliability, and operational efficiency.

• Champion digital transformation and process improvement through automation, analytics, SAP capabilities, and data-driven decision making.

• Lead RFQ/RFP activities, supplier evaluations, business case development, contract implementation, and supply chain transformation projects.

• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, customs requirements, business continuity plans, inventory controls, and operational governance standards.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Procurement, Quality, IT, and Regional Supply Chain teams to deliver integrated solutions and resolve operational challenges.

• Lead, coach, and develop teams while fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, learning, and Principle Based Management (PBM®).

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations.

• Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and cross-functional supply chain activities.

• Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading teams or matrix organizations.

• Strong analytical, operational, and financial acumen with experience in KPI management and process improvement.

• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience managing regional or ASEAN supply chain hub operations.

• Knowledge of network optimization, warehouse transformation, or system integration projects.

• Experience with trade compliance programs, customs regulations, and international logistics operations.

• Familiarity with automation, AI applications, and digital supply chain technologies.

• Experience leading strategic logistics sourcing, RFQ/RFP, or supplier management initiatives.
