Job summary

Molex Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Hub Operations ASEAN to lead and optimize regional hub operations, driving efficiency in warehousing, logistics and distribution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value, improve service levels, and support business growth across ASEAN.

You will champion digital transformation, KPI governance, RFQ/RFP activities, and supplier management while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain/logistics.
• Experience with 3PL and cross-functional activities.
• Strong leadership and analytics.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead ASEAN Supply Chain Hub Operations and optimize order fulfillment.
• Govern 3PL performance through KPI management and reviews.
• Optimize distribution networks, warehouses, and capacity planning.
• Manage logistics and freight costs with productivity initiatives.
• Develop freight and logistics strategies to improve delivery and visibility.
• Drive digital transformation via automation, analytics, SAP.
• Lead RFQ/RFP activities and supplier evaluations.
• Ensure trade compliance, inventory controls, and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Coach and develop teams with PBM principles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
