Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Startup Account Manager to earn trust and drive growth among high-potential startups in ASEAN.

You will own engagement with founders and C-suite, craft GTM strategies, and collaborate with business development, solution architecture, and partners to accelerate adoption and hit quota.

The role requires a strong sales background, startup ecosystem knowledge, and a passion for AI/ML to help startups scale on AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
• 7+ years of direct sales or business development selling to C-level executives.
• 7+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer success with early and mid stage startups across ASEAN.
• Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.
• Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and GTM Strategy.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and goal targets.
• Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
• Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
• Accelerate customer adoption by engaging Founders, CxO, Board of Directors and VC influencers.
• Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Expect moderate travel.
