Cohesity Inc. is seeking an exceptional Director of Technical Sales to lead the team across Southeast Asia. This role is critical for driving growth in one of the fastest-growing technology markets. You will partner with sales leaders, ensure pre-sales excellence, and represent Cohesity at high-profile events.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise technology, a proven record in revenue growth, and deep expertise in data management solutions. Bilingual proficiency and an extensive network in ASEAN are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in enterprise technology, with 5+ years leading pre-sales across ASEAN.
• Proven ability to drive and sustain revenue growth as a technical sales leader.
• Deep technical expertise in data management and competitive knowledge.
• Experience in leading multi-country teams across ASEAN markets.

Responsabilités

• Lead, recruit, and manage pre-sales engineers across ASEAN.
• Partner with Area VP of Sales for technical GTM strategy.
• Guide teams through complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Influence global product and solution roadmap with regional insights.
• Build scalable SE programs with key channel partners.
• Represent Cohesity at industry events and customer briefings.
