Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Financial Services and digital platforms
• Proven track record in product management, digital platform leadership or brokerage transformation
• Strong understanding of equities, trading services, and end-to-end trade lifecycle
• Experience with platform governance, incident management, and operational risk
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership in high-impact programs

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the regional platform strategy and roadmap across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia
• Govern platform operations, incident management, service performance and governance forums
• Collaborate with front office, operations, technology, and external partners to deliver agile initiatives
• Drive market data strategy, pricing models, and vendor partnerships for digital platforms
• Lead readiness, change management, and go-to-market support for platform releases and launches
