The candidate will lead bid and project risk reviews, oversee governance frameworks, and mentor country teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related.
• 10–15 years in IT services, system integration, managed services, or digital transformation.
• At least 10 years in regional quality management, operational excellence, delivery assurance, PMO governance, or risk leadership.
• Experience leading delivery risk assessments and managing complex project governance.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional operational excellence, governance, quality standards, and best practices across ASEAN & India.
• Provide independent oversight on delivery risks across bids, projects, and services.
• Drive delivery reviews, performance metrics, and corrective actions to improve customer outcomes.
• Develop capability improvement roadmaps for delivery maturity and governance.
• Prepare executive dashboards and insights for leadership decision-making.
• Deliver training and mentorship to country teams to build governance capabilities.
