Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP in Singapore seeks a senior manager to lead regulatory, quality and risk management across Southeast Asia. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management, Law or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications would be an advantage.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, risk management, corporate finance, M&A or restructuring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to advise stakeholders and operate with sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior advisory and execution efforts strengthening the QRM framework across SEA SR&T.
• Provide guidance on regulatory, contracting, quality and risk matters to partners and teams.
• Develop and implement quality and risk management programs and governance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across partners, regional QRM, regulators and leadership.
• Monitor compliance, perform practice reviews and report on risk trends to leadership.
• Collaborate with General Counsel on legal and contractual risk issues.
• Shape policies, templates and standards to ensure compliant engagement delivery.
• Drive horizon scanning of regulations and translate into actionable guidance.
