Xcellink Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applications for a Network Engineer – Operations Support (L1) to help maintain day-to-day wired and wireless network operations with a strong focus on Aruba Networking.

Based onsite in Tampines, you will perform basic troubleshooting, assist with AP management, site surveys, and change requests while ensuring configurations align with standards and documented procedures. Good communication and independence are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Aruba wired and wireless networking experience required.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and operational support.
• Experience with Wireless Access Points (APs).
• Familiarity with standard network configuration, documentation and asset management.
• Able to work independently in an onsite operational environment.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic troubleshooting for wired network equipment to maintain service availability and performance.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting and configuration verification of network equipment.
• Support onboarding, connection checks and functional validation of equipment.
• Ensure configurations align with architecture, standards and practices.
• Support wireless site surveys, Wi-Fi testing and troubleshooting.
• Perform day-to-day wireless network operations support.
• Coordinate with HP TAC / RMA for faulty wireless AP removal/replacements.
• Analyze wireless coverage, interference and performance issues.
• Support network optimisation, expansion and change requests.
• Maintain standard configuration templates, documentation and procedures.
• Follow up on incidents and troubleshooting cases through to resolution.
• Support network asset, model and version tracking.
• Assist with daily service and change requests.
