Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Process, Chemistry or a related field.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing process experience.
• PCB industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving departmental quality targets.
• Collaborate with production and suppliers to investigate and troubleshoot process issues.
• Initiate evaluation and improve existing processes.
• Define and work on next level technology related to the PCB process.
• Respond to quality complaints and address discrepancies.
• Initiate continuous cost reduction activities.
• Prepare and standardize work procedures and provide training to technicians.
• Set quarterly MBOs and review them with management.

Job description

• Responsible for departmental quality target
• Work with production team and supplier to investigate and troubleshoot process related issues
• To initiate evaluation and improve on existing process
• To define and work on next level technology related to the PCB process
• To answer quality complaints and to any discrepancies that arise
• To initiate continuous cost reduction activity
• Prepare and standardize work procedure and provide training to all technicians
• Set quarterly MBO and review MBO ( Management by objective)
• Responsibilities with respect to significant aspects related link to operational control in work area.
• Additional workload assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Process, Chemistry or relevant field
• At least 1 year working experience in manufacturing process
• Prior working experience in PCB related industries would be an added advantage
• Good team player and strong interpersonal communication and writing skills
• Google or Microsoft office and general presentation skill, able to use AI tools to assist work
• Independent and resourceful
• Strong analytical abilities and costs sensitive
