Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef with the preparation and production of French pastries and baked goods.
• Support basic preparation of selected savory items and ingredients as needed.
• Follow proper food handling and hygiene practices in accordance with NEA standards.
• Ensure food items prepared and displayed meet the company’s quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workstation.
