Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a diligent school support assistant to aid English Language (EL) and Art teachers with resource preparation and classroom setup. You will help prepare teaching materials and ensure spaces are ready for activities.

The role includes maintaining EL and Art inventories, organizing documents, assisting with filing student artwork, and supporting school events and on-site activities. Prior government primary school experience and strong English are preferred.

Qualifications

• GCE 'N' Level and pass in English are required.
• 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity in a government primary school environment.

Responsibilities

• Support EL and Art teachers in preparing teaching and learning resources, and setting up classrooms and specialised learning spaces.
• Maintain and update EL reader and Art inventory records, organise departmental documents, and assist in filing and managing students’ Art work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the English and Art Rooms.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for school-wide activities, programmes and events, including on-site assistance.
