Job summary

A Singapore primary school is seeking a Teacher Assistant to support EL & Art teachers, preparing teaching resources and classroom setup at Bukit Panjang. The role is a 1-year contract with working hours 7:30am–4:30pm and on-site duties.

Responsibilities include maintaining EL reader and Art inventories, organising documents, assisting with student artwork, keeping rooms clean, and providing school-wide event support.

Qualifications

• GCE 'N' Level, and pass 3 subject
• 3 years of working experience in similar capacity in a government primary school environment (MOE)

Responsibilities

• Main role of teacher assistant: To provide assistance to EL & Art department / subject teachers in the preparation of teaching and learning resources and the necessary setup in classrooms/special learning spaces to support effective teaching and learning
• To maintain and update EL reader and Art inventory records, organise departmental documents, and support teachers in organising and filing students' Art work.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Rooms
• Provide administrative support for school-wide activities/ programmes / events including preparation and onsite support.
