Job summary

GAIN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a teaching assistant to support English and Art departments in preparing teaching resources and setting up classrooms.

The role requires maintaining inventories, organizing documents, and assisting with school-wide events, with a focus on classroom upkeep. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a government primary school environment and holds GCE N Level with a pass in English.

Qualifications

• GCE N Level and Pass in English.
• 3 years of working experience in a government primary school environment.

Responsibilities

• To provide assistance to EL & Art department / subject teachers in the preparation of teaching and learning resources and the necessary setup in classrooms/special learning spaces to support effective teaching and learning.
• To maintain and update EL reader and Art inventory records, organise departmental documents, and support teachers in organising and filing students’ Art work.
• Maintain cleanliness of the English and Art Rooms.
• Provide administrative support for school-wide activities/ programmes / events including preparation and onsite support.
