Job summary

Agency for the Next Gen in Singapore seeks a Senior Art Director to lead the visual direction on major campaigns and maintain the highest craft standards. You will shape the creative output across digital, print, motion and experiential media while upholding brand guidelines and stakeholder constraints.

You will mentor junior creatives, present to clients, and collaborate with strategy teams to deliver distinctive work for public sector and cultural clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–9 years in art direction or design within an agency or studio.
• Portfolio demonstrating campaign-level thinking and craft.
• Exceptional typographic craft and multi‑medium fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual direction on major campaigns from concept through final delivery.
• Set the craft standard across all work, focusing on typography and art direction.
• Produce work at the highest studio level as a hands‑on contributor.
• Work across digital, social, print, motion, environmental and experiential media.
• Direct shoots and production with producers and the video team.
