Job summary

MAYER MARKETING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to develop assets for campaigns and marketing collateral across online and offline media. You will conceptualize, design, and implement day-to-day creative requests, and lead in-house photoshoots to deliver high-quality visuals.

You will collaborate with the brand and marketing teams, maintain brand standards, edit and retouch images, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong eye for visual aesthetics and typography; attention to detail.
• Proficient with core graphic design tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, team player, thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Ownership from concept to completion with high-quality outputs.
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices.
• 3–4 years of relevant in-house or agency experience.
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Capcut video editing.
• Creative, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Meticulous with aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and implement day-to-day creative requests, including monthly campaigns and both online and offline marketing collateral.
• Develop high-quality, engaging brand content for social media, websites, and blogs.
• Create Key Visuals (KVs) essential for brand communication and collateral usage.
• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for GTM assets, including product packaging and brochures.
• Lead in-house photoshoots, followed by editing and retouching to ensure content meets brand standards.
• Edit and retouch images to maintain brand consistency and best product representation.
• Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to develop campaigns based on briefs.
• Handle other design-related tasks as assigned.
