Job summary

Fjord Creative Company in Singapore is seeking an Art Director to lead visual design and motion across campaigns. You will develop key visuals and story concepts, and bring them to life with motion, animation, and video storytelling.

You will guide and mentor a talented team, ensure high creative standards, collaborate with account and creative teams from concept to delivery, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
Campaign thinking and key visual development are essential.
High-quality motion graphics and animation work.
Ability to translate static visuals into engaging motion.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of campaign ideas and key visuals across brands and platforms.
Ensure consistency and quality from static design through to motion execution.
Create motion graphics and video content that support and enhance campaign ideas.
Guide storyboarding and support video production when required.
Collaborate closely with account and creative teams from concept to execution.
Provide creative direction and feedback to designers and motion artists.
Maintain high standards in layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
Manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
