Job summary

Frontier Engineering Group in Singapore is seeking a skilled Building Architect/On-site Coordinator to oversee architectural works on residential projects. The role reports to the Project Manager/Site Manager and focuses on coordinating site activities and ensuring progress aligns with plan.

The ideal candidate holds a Building Architecture degree, has at least 1 year of local experience, and is familiar with BCA CONQUAS, Quality Marks, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of local working experience in residential building projects.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS, Quality Marks, and safety aspects in construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
• Handling technical and engineering problems on site
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk Job
