Job summary

Frontier Engineering Pte. Ltd. Singapore seeks a site-focused Architect to support the Project Manager and Site Manager in coordinating and arranging on-site work, and to oversee subcontractors for residential projects.

You will liaise with the client’s representatives, authorities and consultants to ensure smooth execution, monitor progress, and uphold safety procedures. Requires a Diploma/Degree in Building Architecture and a minimum of 2 years’ local residential experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 year of local working experience in residential building projects

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site Work.
• Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works.
• Handling technical and engineering problems on site
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the
• execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk
