Job summary

Grandtech Construction is seeking a Site Architect/Coordinator to supervise architectural works on residential sites in Singapore. You will report to the Project Manager and coordinate with the site team to ensure smooth execution of activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, liaising with Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works, addressing technical issues, planning progress, and ensuring safety standards are followed on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of local working experience in residential building projects.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site Work.
• Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
• Handle technical and engineering problems on site
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk Job
