Job summary

WELLTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable Civil Engineering or Building Architecture graduate to lead on-site coordination. You will report to the Project Manager/Site Manager and oversee all architectural works, ensuring plans are executed safely and to schedule.

The role requires coordinating with subcontractors, inspectors, and authorities, solving technical problems, and monitoring progress.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture from a recognized institution
Minimum 2 year of local working experience in residential building projects
BCSS certificate is a must.
Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry

Responsibilities

Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site Work
Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site
Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors
Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
Handling technical and engineering problems on site
Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
Liaison with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk Job
