Job summary

Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a capable site supervisor to oversee construction activities on projects in Singapore. The role requires ensuring all works conform to project specifications and drawings, and coordinating with subcontractors to keep on schedule.

Applicants should hold a Diploma/Degree in Architectural or Civil/Structural Engineering and have at least 2 years of experience in building or civil engineering projects. BIM/VDC knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project.
• Possess strong flair for construction drawings.
• Candidate with A&A experience in commercial buildings/shopping malls and upgrading projects is welcomed.
• Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager or Project Engineer.
• Supervise construction works to ensure all works comply with project specifications and drawings.
• Plan and coordinate site activities and coordinate with subcontractors’ supervisors.
• Ensure works carried out comply with Safe Work Procedures.
• Experience in leading a group of RC workers is an advantage.
