CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a site-based professional to coordinate and oversee structural and architectural works on residential projects. You will report to the Project Manager/Site Manager and ensure smooth site operations, inspections, and timely progress.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture and a minimum of 3 years local experience.

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
Min 3 years of local working experience in residential building projects.
Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and safety aspects in construction.

Responsibilities

Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work.
Coordinate and oversee all structural/architectural works on site.
Monitor and coordinate works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problems on site.
Coordinate inspections by Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.
Plan, program and monitor work progress on site.
Liaise with client’s representative, authorities and consultants for execution of work.
Ensure site safety and implement safe work procedures to control risk.
