DP Architects Pte Ltd is seeking an Architectural Site Coordinator to provide on-site inspection, documentation and coordination for architectural works. You will work closely with the Project Lead, architects, contractors and the Employer’s Representative to ensure quality, schedule and records are kept up-to-date throughout the project.

Responsibilities include room-by-room inspections, live meeting minutes, daily site reports and coordination across trades.

Competenze

• Diploma in Architecture or related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in architectural site supervision or project coordination.
• Strong reading of drawings, shop drawings and specifications with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with BIM tools (Revit) is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Conduct routine on-site inspections and verify workmanship against drawings and specs.
• Prepare live minutes, room-by-room inspections and handover records.
• Document daily site reports, defect lists and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Lead, contractors and consultants to resolve issues.
• Support project administration and handover processes.
