THIAM BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an Architecture Coordinator to plan, supervise, and coordinate architecture works on construction projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will develop and review drawings, manage RFI/RFA processes, and ensure compliance with local codes.

You will liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors, prepare method statements and schedules, monitor site progress, and support quality control and handover documentation.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural or construction fields.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark assessments.
• Ability to communicate with consultants using clear hand sketches.
• Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities (BCA, SCDF, LTA).
• Preferable knowledge of BIM software (Autodesk Revit).

Mansioni

• Develop and review architectural drawings, detailing, and documentation.
• Identify shop drawing discrepancies and coordinate with structural and M&E drawings.
• Submit and gather records for RFIs, RFMs, and RFAs to Architect and ID.
• Coordinate with architectural subcontractors for scheduling and execution of design plans.
• Assist in preparing method statements, technical reports, and schedules.
• Monitor progress of architectural works on-site and report deviations.
• Support site inspections with RTO/RE and quality control activities.
• Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and handover documentation.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other disciplines.
• Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical input.
• Support senior architectural staff in design optimization and value engineering.
