Job summary

FIRST SIGNATURE BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to oversee architectural works on construction sites in Singapore.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, assist the PM and Site Manager, and ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations. The role requires 3+ years in construction, knowledge of Singapore Building Codes, and AutoCAD proficiency. Photoshop/SketchUp experience is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Architectural/ Building construction.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction industry.
• Knowledge in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations.
• Familiar with local standard quality implementation.
• Auto CAD drafting experience is necessary.
• Photoshop & Sketchup experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors on architectural workmanship standards.
• Assist PM and Site Manager to organize resources and attend site matters.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials and documents for approval.
• Attend site meetings and monitor architecture works with consultants.
• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and quality.
• Schedule architectural works, requisition materials, and cost control.
• Oversee all architectural finishes on site.
• Review project specifications and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with Architect, structural and M&E staff to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety regulations compliance and good communication.
