Job summary

jgp-group consultants (s) pte. ltd. is seeking a Project Manager with strong experience in design development, procurement, and on-site supervision to lead complex projects in Singapore.

The role requires a formal degree in engineering or building science with professional recognition and at least seven years of project management experience within the public or civil sectors. You will coordinate with architects and consultants to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• A degree in Architectural, Civil/ Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying.
• The degree shall be recognised by professional bodies, institutions or BCA.
• Minimum seven (7) years of practical experience in Project Management Services for intermediate position.
• Familiarity with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Work.
• Attended and passed the Construction Safety Course for Project Managers conducted by agencies approved by the Ministry of Manpower.
• The PM shall work with the Architect and Consultants in planning, coordinating, reporting and implementation.

Requirement:

1. A degree in Architectural, Civil/ Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying.
2. The degree shall be recognised either by the respective professional bodies, professional institutions or BCA
3. A minimum of seven (7) years of practical experience in Project Management Services (for intermediate position)
4. Familiarity with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Work
5. Attended and passed the "Construction Safety Course for Project Managers” conducted by agencies approved by the Ministry of Manpower.
6. The PM shall work with the Architect and the Consultants in the planning, co-ordination, reporting and implementation of the Project.
