Job summary

KOH BROTHERS BUILDING & CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR (PTE.) LTD. is seeking an experienced Architect Coordinator to lead architectural coordination on building sites in Singapore.

You will ensure designs are implemented on-site, collaborate with project teams, and monitor progress for quality and regulatory compliance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, at least five years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum five years of practical experience on building sites in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and BIM software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural activities and align with project timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and contractors to facilitate execution.
• Monitor progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality.
• Manage scheduling from shop drawings to on-site implementation and handover.
• Conduct regular site inspections and liaise with regulators for approvals.
• Prepare project documentation and provide status updates to senior management.
• Serve as main on-site contact for architectural matters and client/stakeholder communications.
• Verify VOs and back charges; ensure TOP checklist compliance.
