Job summary

Long Hin (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to lead the coordination of architectural works for complex building construction projects in Singapore. You will liaise with consultants, suppliers and authorities, ensuring alignment with drawings, specifications and schedules.

You will coordinate with structural, M&E and other trades, monitor on-site compliance, and participate in meetings to resolve technical issues and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Architecture Studies or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural coordination/management in building construction.
• Strong local Singapore project experience, e.g., HDB, schools, institutional, residential or large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of Singapore building practices, authority requirements and codes.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, materials and construction details.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters concurrently.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; BIM/Revit knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all architectural works for building construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submissions and samples.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities to resolve issues.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E and other trades for smooth execution.
• Monitor on-site compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Attend site, technical and coordination meetings as required.
• Review and follow up on submissions, approvals, inspections and queries.
• Coordinate with project team to meet project schedule.
• Identify and resolve design and construction issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation and records of architectural works and approvals.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and consultants to ensure successful delivery.
