Job summary

PeopleSearch Pte Ltd is recruiting for Senior / Architectural Coordinators (Site Based) to support a high profile mega building project in Singapore. You will coordinate and supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications and quality standards.

The role requires a degree in Architecture and a minimum of 3 years’ architectural site coordination experience with building projects, preferably with A1 main contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of architectural site coordination experience with building projects.
• Experience working for A1 main contractors.
• Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve site-related architectural and technical issues.
• Review architectural drawings and coordinate with relevant disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure architectural works are carried out according to the project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and identify discrepancies, non-conformities, or coordination issues.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on architectural works and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company procedures on site.
