Job summary

China Harbour (Singapore) Engineering Company PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced professional to manage project documentation and support design coordination.

You will develop specifications, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance with codes while collaborating with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules and budgets, presenting design concepts, and guiding junior team members.

Qualifications

• Recognized Degree / Diploma in Architectural, Engineering or equivalent.
• Safety certificate, e.g. BCSS.
• Min 3-4 years relevant working experience, preferably in the Construction Industry with main con.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player who is result oriented and independent.

Responsibilities

• Develop project specifications, schematics, and layouts to meet design requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other design professionals to determine project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and make recommendations for design changes.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Prepare and present design concepts and presentations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
• Lead and manage project teams, delegate tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior members of the team.
• Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices to bring new ideas to the company.
• Manage all documents for the project(s).
• Perform all works including filing, typing, photocopying, fax and other.
• Maintain and update the database.
• Ensure all correspondences / drawings / documents are organized according to Project Filing Code.
• Receive and check all incoming correspondence.
• Deal with staff or visitors on phone or in person.
• Review each document for conformity and accuracy.
• Keep project documents orderly complete and categorized for easy access.
• Ensure delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines.
• Ensure controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain an updated records of all approved documents.
