Job summary

KO HONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a qualified architectural draughtsperson to prepare detailed construction drawings, submission drawings, and related documentation.

You will coordinate with clients and consultants to resolve project issues and ensure smooth submissions to authorities. Responsibilities include selecting materials, presenting material boards to clients, and overseeing archi finishing works on site with adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Possess positive work attitude, good planning, organizing and problem solving skills.
• Good time management to see projects through to completion and in achieve on time completion.
• Experience in construction scheduling, field supervision and quality control of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detail construction drawings, submission drawings and documentations.
• Selection of materials and prepare of material boards for presentation to client.
• Liaise with clients and consultants on project issues.
• Submission works to consultants and the Authorities.
• Manage Archi finishing works at site.
• Other adhoc duties.
