CHINA CONSTRUCTION (SOUTH PACIFIC) DEVELOPMENT CO. PTE. LTD.

is seeking an Architectural Manager to lead a team of coordinators and BIM Modellers in design and coordination for large-scale projects, including healthcare facilities. You will coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, review drawings, and ensure architectural works align with approved plans.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture with BOA recognition is required.
• Minimum 10 years' experience as Architectural Manager on large-scale projects, healthcare preferred.
• Experience supervising architectural works in high-rise buildings (100m+) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Architectural coordinators and BIM Modellers.
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants.
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Coordinate construction documents and drawings; ensure adherence to specifications/drawings.
• Monitor sample submissions and drawing approval status; control documentation.
• Inform Project Director/manager of technical and site problems related to architectural works.
• Supervise on-site progress of architectural works and coordinate subcontractors' activities.

Responsible for managing a team of Architectural coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works;

Attend technical and site meetings with consultants;

Study Architectural drawings and coordinate Architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;

Architectural planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing

Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing

Ensure Architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;

Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to Architectural works;

Supervise the progress of Architectural works on site;

Coordination of sub-contractor's Architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Requirements

Degree in Architecture, preferably degree recognized by BOA

Minimum 10 years' relevant experience as Architectural Manager in large scale projects, preferably in healthcare project. Relevant architectural field experience in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity, and of high-rise buildings of at least 100m height experience is an advantage.

Responsible to ensure all architectural works including interior design works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications including interface details with Interfacing Contractors as per Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
