Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking an Architectural Coordinator for hospital projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors on architectural matters, and aligning finishes with structural and M&E trades to meet project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on architectural and technical matters.
• Plan and coordinate architectural works, finishes and interfaces with structural and M&E trades.
• Review and coordinate drawings, shop drawings, material submissions and method statements.
• Plan and monitor site activities to ensure quality, progress and timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, EHS and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate architectural and interior design works, including interfacing works and reflected ceiling plans.
• Lead the architectural team to achieve project quality and programme targets.

Our client is a leading main contractor with an established track record in large-scale building and infrastructure projects, offering strong project exposure, career development opportunities and a stable project pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on architectural and technical matters.
• Plan and coordinate architectural works, finishes and interfaces with structural and M&E trades.
• Review and coordinate drawings, shop drawings, material submissions and method statements.
• Plan and monitor site activities to ensure quality, progress and timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, EHS and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate architectural and interior design works, including interfacing works and reflected ceiling plans.
• Resolve technical issues and discrepancies with consultants and subcontractors.
• Lead and guide the architectural team to achieve project quality and programme targets.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies, Building or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in architectural coordination / construction / site management.
• Experience with main contractors preferred.
• Hospital / healthcare project experience is advantageous; candidates from other large-scale building projects will also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of architectural specifications, finishes and construction coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Depending on project
• Working hours: 5.5 Days
• Salary: up to S$12,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
