Job summary

FONDA GLOBAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. You will lead architectural project teams, review consultant outputs, and ensure designs meet program timelines and authority submissions.

You will coordinate with structural and M&E disciplines, resolve technical issues, and support management with reports and client communications. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Architecture degree recognized by BCA/Board of Architects.
• 5+ years of architectural coordination experience.
• Familiar with local codes and authority submissions.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp; other tools an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical/site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions.
• Lead project teams by outlining and assigning work; review technical accuracy.
• Manage consultants to meet program, deliverables and authority submissions.
• Review and add value to designs, specifications, drawings submitted by consultants.
• Coordinate with structural and M&E teams to align with architect's intents.
• Inform Project Manager/Construction Manager of technical/site problems.
• Assist Project Manager in preparing reports and presentations.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions.
• Manage and lead Architectural project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes.
• Manage the Architectural consultants to meet project program, design deliverables, and Authority submission and timely approval.
• Review and value-add to the designs/specifications/drawings submitted by consultants.
• Coordinate with structural team and M&E team to ensure the final design is in-line with architect’s design intents and requirements.
• Inform Project Manager/ Construction Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works.
• Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of reports and presentation to management, clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Must possess a qualification from the list of universities by BCA and Board of Architects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural coordination works.
• Conversant with local codes and authority submissions.
• Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in software such as Revit, AutoCad, Sketch-up and others will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Committed and responsible towards job
• Able to take ownership, proactive firm
• Strong leadership, coaching skills and organising abilities.
