Job summary

JDA WMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Architectural / ID Coordinator to streamline design execution and site implementation.

You will bridge technical design with site operations, leading cross-functional alignment and managing drawing approvals to ensure seamless project delivery. You will coordinate across consultants, owners, subcontractors, and site management, review shop drawings and materials, and resolve design issues to integrate architectural/ID with structural and M&E components on

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, building, or construction management.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience coordinating architectural or interior fit-out projects.
• Experience with a main contractor is highly preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural / ID Coordinator to streamline design execution and site implementation for our projects. In this role, you will bridge technical design with site operations, leading cross-functional alignment and managing drawing/material approvals to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate smooth communication and technical coordination for architectural and interior fit-out scope across consultants, project owners, subcontractors, and site management teams.

Technical Verification: Meticulously review shop drawings, architectural details, material samples, and specification sheets to ensure full alignment with project scope and quality expectations.

Interface Management: Resolve design discrepancies, resolve site clash issues early, and ensure architectural/ID elements integrate properly with structural and M&E components.

Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience coordinating architectural or interior fit‑out projects (experience with a main contractor is highly preferred).

Core Competencies

Proficient in reading, reviewing, and evaluating detailed architectural working drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.

Solid knowledge of interior execution methods, architectural finishing materials, and local building codes.

Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and site coordination abilities.
