Job summary

GRID ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a drafting professional to prepare architectural drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit, coordinating with architects and project teams on design concepts and submission drawings.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read architectural drawings, and the capability to work independently or in a team, with familiarity of corenet submission procedures. Fresh graduates are welcome; Singapore PRs and citizens only may apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building or related discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit
• Familiar with corenet submission procedure
• Knowledge with corenet X submission will be an advantage
• Some level of understanding for local authority code requirements
• Able to read and understand architectural and technical drawings.
• Good attention to detail and able to work accurately.
• Able to work independently as well as within a project team.
• Relevant working experience in an architectural consultancy or construction-related environment will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant drafting skills are welcome to apply.
• Open to Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) and Singapore Citizens only.
• Salary: To be discussed based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural revit model, submission drawings, detailed design drawings, tender and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Produce drawings based on architects’ design concepts, sketches and project requirements.
• Amend and revise drawings according to instructions from architects, consultants and project teams.
• Combine and coordinate architectural drawings with structural, M&E and other consultant drawings, run clash detections to ensure no clashes in design
• Ensure drawings are accurate, properly dimensioned and prepared in accordance with submission requirements.
• Maintain proper filing, documentation and version control of drawings.
• Assist the project team with drawing-related documentation and coordination when required.
• Attend project or coordination meetings when necessary.
• Perform other drafting and project support duties assigned by the company.
