Job summary

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp) and is familiar with Singapore submission processes, with an eye for accuracy and adherence to codes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture, Building/Construction, Draughtsmanship, or related field.
• At least 4–5 years of relevant drafting experience for landed house projects in Singapore.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Familiar with URA/BCA submission processes and authority requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
• Good written and verbal communication with architects, engineers, and site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction drawings (architectural, structural and/or M&E) for landed house projects.
• Translate architects' and engineers' design concepts into accurate technical drawings using CAD software.
• Produce and update floor plans, elevations, sections and detail drawings per BCA/URA submission standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and consultants to ensure drawing accuracy and design intent.
• Prepare drawings for authority submission (BP, Structural Plan) and liaise on revisions as needed.
• Conduct site measurements and site visits to verify as-built conditions.
• Revise and update drawings promptly based on design changes, RFIs or site instructions.
• Maintain documentation, drawing registers and revision control.
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes, regulations and company quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.

About the Role

We are looking for an experiencedConstruction Drafter to join our team, specializing in the drafting of landed house projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience producing accurate, detailed architectural and construction drawings and is comfortable working closely with architects, engineers, and site teams to bring residential projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction drawings (architectural, structural, and/or M&E as required) for landed house projects

• Translate architects' and engineers' design concepts into accurate technical drawings using CAD software

• Produce and update floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings in compliance with Singapore building authority requirements (e.g., BCA/URA submission standards)

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure drawing accuracy and design intent
