Job summary

JGP ARCHITECTURE (S) PTE LTD is seeking a Junior Architect to support local and overseas residential projects. You will contribute to concept development, documentation, and co-ordination with consultants under supervision.

You should hold a Bachelor's in architecture, have at least 2 years' relevant experience, and be proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office; Revit BIM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in architecture or equivalent.
• At least 2 years for Junior relevant working experience.
• Polytechnic graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and MS Office; Revit BIM a plus.

Job description

• 1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in architecture or equivalent.
• 2. At least 2 years for Junior relevant working experience in the related field, preferably with HDB residential project.
• 3. Skill(s): AutoCad, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Microsoft Office. Revit BIM would be an advantage
• 4. Ensuring Design Concepts are carried through at every stage for local and overseas projects.
• 5. Keen eye for aesthetics, sensitive in detail design with a good knowledge of building materials.
• 6. Passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate.
• 7. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment.
