Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architectural Coordinator based in Singapore, with office at City Hall and project site at Kent Ridge.

Role requires 5 days per week (Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm; occasional half-day Saturdays with OT possible). Diploma/degree in Architectural/Structural Drafting and minimum 10 years of relevant experience are required. Salary ranges from SGD 4,000 to SGD 5,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural/Structural Drafting is required.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
• Singapore-based applicants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants (architects, engineers, and designers) to ensure architectural details align with project requirements.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of architectural works.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with building codes and project requirements.
• Attend site meetings and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Resolve discrepancies or conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Assist in value engineering by recommending alternative materials, designs, or construction methods to improve cost efficiency.
• Ensure all architectural elements are constructed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to check for compliance with BCA regulations and URA guidelines.
