Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural/Structural Draftsman to coordinate with consultants and ensure alignment with project requirements. The role involves reviewing drawings, specifications, and method statements for compliance with building codes and project standards.

Office at City Hall with a project site at Kent Ridge; 5-day work week (Mon-Fri 8:30–17:30) with potential half-day Saturdays and OT claims.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural/Structural Drafting required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant drafting experience.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants (architects, engineers, designers) to ensure architectural details meet project requirements.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for smooth execution of architectural works.
• Review drawings, specifications and method statements for compliance with codes and project requirements.
• Attend site meetings and coordination meetings with clients, consultants and authorities.
